Yesterday was a good day:

The day was as long as the night and I got fired from the »standards« job. I couldn't make up any better ideas than the sketches I posted recently. As I'm rather (mentally) exhausted after my MA project I think I'll have a creative pause for a while.
I was asked the other day to send text samples to a publisher – if they like my texts I'll write a foreword in a big Swedish illustrator book (sold internationally)!
Maybe I'll hold lectures as well this fall. So – as it seems – my book generates new kinds of jobs.
I met with my friend
Maja the other day. She asked me if I draw often, as I used to do before. Unfortunately I don't. As I've seen some of her diary pics on her
Myspace-site I presupposed that she draws every day. She told me something very inspiring: not only does she draw a picture every day, but she uses the »wrong« hand!
She's been practicing her left hand for seven months, and now she controls it rather good. I decided that I'll try to use my left hand, too. What's the point of having a dead hand?
So left-hand-drawing – and drawing in general – is what I will do this summer.
